Ordering, Shipping and Returns
| Ordering — We will make every effort to give you a pleasant e-shopping experience. You can place your order by phone or e-mail. To order by phone, call us toll-free at 1-877-453-6883. We're here in person to take your call and answer any questions you may have about our products. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
To order by e-mail, write to us at hkdonvt@sover.net. Be sure to include your name, physical address for U.S.P.S. delivery, telephone number, and item numbers of the items you wish to buy.
Shipping — A United States Postal Service shipping fee will be applied, based on parcel weight and destination. Credit card orders will be shipped the following business day. Hooked on Vermont is located in Danby, VT. If you are outside Vermont, you are not charged sales tax. Vermont residents pay five percent sales tax.
Returns — Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
